Who in the Congress and the FEC approved of a Spanish Software company counting our votes in the upcoming election ? by Senior Chief Geoff Ross USN (Ret.)

Open letter to the Congress of the United States

SCYTL, the global leader in secure electronic voting technologies, announced today the acquisition of 100% of SOE Software, the leading software provider of election management solutions in the United States.

Why is a software company based in Barcelona Spain(SCYTL)  now in charge of counting our votes in the upcoming General Election on November 6th.  Did the Federal Elections Commission approve of this ?  (FEC) Did the Congress of the United States approve of this ?

Was this done by an Executive Order from the White House ?

Is this the final step in Obama’s rigging of the 2012 election and the formation of a global government.  Why is the AP not covering this ? Why is Fox news not covering this ?  What we now have is a Socialist CEO running the worlds voting and election counts.  Talk about a UN / Marxist / Communist dream come true. !

 http://www.scytl.com/

Does this explain why President Obama is so sure of being reelected as he speaks of his reelection as if it were in the present.  This includes his conversation with the President of Russia which was recorded on a hot microphone ?

Who in the Congress / Senate authorized a global software company owned by a Spanish Socialist to be put in charge of counting our votes ?

Why is a company based in Spain who counts votes in Athens Greece now teaming up with the Commonwealth of Virginia to count the overseas ballots of our military members. ?  Who in the DOD and the FEC and the Congress approved this ?

Who authorized a foreign company access to our vote count ?   I want a Congressional investigation and I want this foreign company REMOVED from the vote count authority in our General Election on Nov 6th 2012.  Mr.. Congressman get off your backsides and do your job !

You are right to be concerned about Scytl but for the wrong reasons. First, Scytl and its new acquisition, SOE, don’t currently count votes in U.S. elections and won’t do so in November. SOE software is only used to report results on local elections officials’ websites, results that are counted by voting systems sold by several different companies. Second, the FEC has had nothing to do with votng systems since Congress adopted and President George W. Bush signed the Help America Vote Act on 2002. HAVA created the federal Election Assistance Commission, which now tests and certifies voting systems under voluntary standards. They are voluntary because it is up to each state to decide whether to adopt them; Florida, for example, has not, while the majority of states have. The EAC is supposed 2 republican and 2 Democratic members, but currently has none and for the last 2 years has had only Republican commissionersj so much for your Obama conspiracy theory. The reason to worry about Scytl is their promotion of Internet voting, which is insecure, unauditable and a threat to voter anonymity.

      We’ll see.

    • stillapatriot September 9, 2012 at 12:34 am #

Hey Lebrowski nice try with the “straw man” but we are smarter than that. We will be calling and writing thats what patriots do!!

      • notparanoid November 19, 2012 at 2:02 pm #

No, that’s what the paranoid do.

There is a lot of software made outside the U.S. In fact most software is, this is not uncommon.

    • Jesse November 9, 2012 at 12:00 am #

Internet-processed voting is not only insecure, but if ever approved by the U.S. might make SCYTL an easy “patsy” for corrupt U.S. officials to rig elections. Official investigation into a suspicious election might be difficult to accomplish considering the company base location is Spain, a foreign land ruled by foreign government.

    • KeyLock Man November 14, 2012 at 9:00 pm #

The following is taken from Scytl’s website:

Scytl, and its wholly-owned subsidiary SOE Software, have had a significant presence during this November US Presidential election as a provider to approximately 45% of the US jurisdictions. Over 1,400 counties (of the approximately 3,200 counties in the U.S.) across 30 states have used at least one of the multiple election modernization solutions provided by Scytl in this election. These solutions cover the entire election process, including online pollworker training, project management software, online ballot delivery and voting, electoral roll management and Election Night Reporting solutions. This election consolidates Scytl as the leading election software provider in the United States.

This has to be brought to the attention of every freedom loving American. If we loose the meaning of our votes than there is no longer a Democracy; no longer a free American. If people haven’t drawn a line in the sand yet in regard to what Obama is doing to this country, then I can see no other more compelling reason for drawing that line in the sand NOW! This can not go on. Wake up America. There will not be a free and honest election as longer as Obama is in power. This is the line in the sand! Now before it is truely too late!

    • Mike April 14, 2012 at 11:18 am #

Democracy. Why is it that the dumb masses refer to our system of government as a democracy? Why do our elected officials always refer to this as a Democracy instead of what it is supposed to be; a Representative Republic? Do a search on both. Compare the two and you will have the answer. This nation has been in trouble for a very long time. If the people understood the difference between Democracy and Republic and understood why our nation was founded as a Republic, we would not be in the mess that we are in and there would be a lot of sleazy politicians in prison.

      • FLChristyB April 16, 2012 at 2:09 pm #

I have been asking the same question for years. I went to school through the late 60′s and 70′s and even then we were always referred to as a Democracy! This Lie started a very long time ago and is way past due for a correction. I home schooled my children and THEY know we are a Representative Republic, as do all home schoolers I am sure. I wonder, if this is taught in private and religious schools?

      • Lane October 18, 2012 at 11:07 am #

Your right in regards to everything you have said and our biggest problem is big government which is the exact opposite of a republic. Romney is trying to pave the way for small government everyone give him a chance.

Voting is a fraud period, the concept is awesome! The fact is Presidents (puppets) are not elected they are selected. The electoral college is all that matters!

    • Glen Davidson April 26, 2012 at 12:52 pm #

I totally agree, I don’t think most Americans understand what exactly the electoral college is, this is an institution that is never talked about in any media. Very corrupt, and voter fraud will continue on in many forms.

      • Lenore Hoyt October 16, 2012 at 2:43 pm #

“… the electoral college … is an institution that is never talked about in any media.” A Google search for “electoral college” records 52 million results. You may want to rethink that claim.

Below is a comment by Lebowski. Please let me know if it is true that Scytl will not be counting our votes in November 2012?

Reply and update from Geoff Ross.

    Dear Patriots,
Here is the update on the Spanish Voting Company backed by George Soros and whose CEO supports the Obama Presidential Campaign. SYCTL. They just bought out SOE the American company in Tampa.

I was ignored by the Congress and my Congressman but I have a viral count on my e mail of over 860,000 people so I reckon they have been on the phone demanding answers. I spoke at length with the Supervisor of elections in Okaloosa County Florida and I have been invited to tour his facility in Crestview and to review his security procedures for our ballot counting.

From Supervisor of Elections Mr. Paul Lux. Okaloosa County.

Senior Chief Ross as Per our discussion yesterday:

Having recently been contacted by a number of voters concerned about the merger/buyout of SOE Software, Inc. by a foreign company—Barcelona, Spain-based Scytl Corp.—I feel compelled to clear up some of the misinformation currently being circulated about the impact of this transaction. The concern seems to stem from a blog entry written by Bev Harris, founder of Black Box Voting and a well known opponent of electronic voting in any form; and I’m certain that it is easy to understand that she might have a negative view of a company who conducts internet-based voting.

In the interest of full disclosure, I will first mention that I have previously worked with Scytl on two projects—the Okaloosa Distance Balloting Pilot project in 2008 and an online blank ballot delivery system in 2010—and I currently contract with SOE Software for my website services.

I do not write this to debate any of the facts of who does or does not hold stock in any of the companies referenced (or where their political sympathies might lie) nor would I design to speak about what laws may govern these companies’ operation in other States; rather, I wish to offer the following factual information about Florida’s election laws as they relate to these two companies operation here in our state:

    · Florida law allows for the electronic delivery of blank absentee ballots by e-mail, fax, or through an internet service to absent military voters and to all overseas voters. Voted ballots must be returned by mail or by fax (overseas only).

    · Florida law allows for the electronic return of absentee ballots, but only for overseas voters, and then only by fax. “Internet voting,” the primary business of Scytl, is not currently supported by law or administrative rule.

    · SOE Software’s only connection to election night reporting is to receive and post the results files given to them by Supervisors of Elections or by the State. The tabulated results do not come from Scytl or SOE and are not generated by either company.

    · The “official” results of all elections in Florida are generated from a county’s election management system—a system certified for use in Florida by the Division of Elections’ Bureau of Voting System Certification.

    · Florida law prohibits the connection of any election management system to any outside network—other than those allowed to be temporarily connected to modems for receipt of precinct-level results on election night—to specifically prevent any unauthorized access from outside.

    · The “official” record of any election result is hand-written onto a certificate signed by the canvassing board members responsible for overseeing the election and mailed via certified mail to the Division of Elections. None of the electronic results posted to a website are ever “official.”

    · Many states, including two different groups in Florida, are participating in the 2011 Electronic Absentee Systems for Elections (EASE) Grant program from the Federal Voting Assistance Program. Although many jurisdictions are participating—some even using Scytl (though none in Florida)—please be aware that the terms of this grant specifically prohibit the use of these grant-funded systems to facilitate the electronic return of absentee ballots.

I strongly encourage anyone with questions or concerns to contact your local Supervisor of Elections or the Florida Division of Elections.

    Patriots,

My E mail also made it to the Headquarters of the Truth or Fiction website in Long Beach California http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/s/Spanish-Voter-Tabulation.htm who also investigated the SCYTL company and my E mail in response to the Michael Savage radio show who also questioned SCYTL.

Truth or Fiction spoke to me after their investigation and they think its not true which is good and I hope they are right. I am sorry our Congress failed to respond to this report but at a 9% approval rating they probably don’t feel the sense of urgency anymore to protect our Republic. They are too afraid of the being called racists by the Muslim Kenyan Marxist dictator sitting in the Oval Office.

  8. JaneMiami April 25, 2012 at 8:39 pm #

My grave concern with this is supported by a deep seated belief that the elections process in a sovereign state should be handled, if at all possible, by that state.

This is not to say that bad things won’t happen (I use Gov. Jeb Bush and the ProChoice scandal in 2000 as an example), but if we are defrauded, I want it to be by a US Citizen or Corporation, so that we may have full recourse without having to deal with international law.

  9. Bubba April 26, 2012 at 2:47 pm #

The Situatinists (who recognized terrorism for the theatre it is long before most of the libertarians got wise) described two forms of capitalism: corporate and state. They refused to consider the USSR as anything other than capitalist, but with capital in the hands of the state. And they were right. The same applies to Obama’s handlers. Why do people insist on characterizing these people as Marxists? That’s flogging a dead horse. State capitalism is as far from Marxism as a dead horse from a laughing hyena.

    • Bubba April 26, 2012 at 3:09 pm #

Correction: “Situationists.” The book “The Real Report on the Last Chance to Save Capitalism in Italy” By Gianfranco Sanguinetti is a beautiful mockery of the relationship between the wealthy elites and the soi-disant communists. He posed as an anonymous rich power broker in order to discuss “frankly” the botched use of terrorism by the state and the handling of the communists by the elites. He fooled everybody, then annouced that he, a lowly anarchist, was the author. Funny stuff.

This is an outrage. Now, we’re even out-sourcing our voter-fraud !

We can’t even home-grow our own treason and corruption anymore.

Well, so it was a US company bought out by a Spanish company. I don’t like it at all but they are to supply the software that counts the votes and all should remember that. It will help to get this put up for bid in the US. This is not going to put mandatory spanish wokers in each voter hall in america. I don’t it is to late to change companys and that is what you hear from you House and Senate. I am no happy and will write mine but it has been in use in states for some time is what I read. Better than going through the hanging chad again??? Will Harrey Reid stand up and tell the US board of voter fraud and any other agency for that matter to burn the soft. NOT. We need to pick the battles we can win before the up coming Nov. elections. It is software people and if a company wants to stay in business that it will not be scrutinized to see if the software is cheating. IDN where to go on this issue.

This punctuates the overall feeling of the public being uneasy with the present situation in the government.
