One of our Save America Foundation members, NICK TUFARO, has lived a nightmare the last few years dealing with Family Court. His stories have been heartbreaking. I asked him to write something for us all on this very important subject and I have copied and pasted it below. Please read it and feel free to comment.

The Destruction of American Society – One Family At A Time
It has often been said, “Family is the backbone of Society”. It has also been said, “… in the best interest of the child(ren)”. These two quotes come from two different sides of the ongoing real life debate in the importance of the family. The first quote is the title of a blog “Where Bears Roam Free: Family is the Backbone of Society – tested and proven, again and again” (http://wherebearsroamfree.blogspot.com/2009/11/family-is-backbone-of-society-tested.html) and the second quote is based on the title of a 1990 made for TV movie. The second quote has also replaced the “Tender Years Doctrine”, which was often used in custody trials, where “It is in the best interest of the children” is followed by “with the mother” or “with the father”. In the current climate where family dysfunction is the norm and the rate of divorce with minor children is higher than the rate of any other societal ill that you can think of, we must look into exposing the cause of this societal ill.
With regard to the best interest of the child(ren), the truth is that no one, besides the family, including the extended family, is expert enough to determine that. Truth be told, there have been significant studies to indicate that in the best interest of the child, it is both parents that need to have equal contact with the children. However, Family Court in the United States, has become so adversarial between the parents that the minor children are destroyed by the events of a hostile divorce. According to several reports by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Center for Disease Control and the U.S. Department of Justice, to name a few, the following has been reported:
- · 63% of youth suicides are from fatherless homes.
- · 90% of all homeless and runaway children are from fatherless homes.
- · 85% of all children that exhibit behavioral disorders come from fatherless homes.
- · 80% of rapists motivated with displaced anger come from fatherless homes.
- · 71% of all high school dropouts come from fatherless homes.
- · 70% of juveniles in state operated institutions come from fatherless homes
- · 85% of all youths sitting in prisons grew up in a fatherless home.
- · Nearly 2 of every 5 children in America do not live with their fathers.
This information can be viewed at http://fathersforlife.org/divorce/chldrndiv.htm. It is important to know that the purpose of this writing is NOT to propose a position of Father’s rights or men’s rights, but rather to bring to light an insidious problem in America, which many people are aware of, but few will discuss in such great detail. When you go to this site, you will see the sources of the statistics listed above.
So now the question is, why such devastating statistics and what is being done about it? Earlier this year, the Save America Foundation had Pinellas County Commissioner Nancy Bostwick as a guest speaker. One of the topics that she discussed was the need for more juvenile detention centers. In addition, earlier this year I attended a meeting by F.A.S.T. (http://www.holyfamilystpete.com/FAST.html) , a faith based justice ministry that includes citizens of different faiths, who in their spring 2011 meeting had someone speak about the need for drug court and juvenile jails. Both ideas seem noble to many people, but these are also treating the symptoms, not the cause.
America’s youth is its most precious resource. According to an article by Bruce E. Levine, there are “8 Reasons Young Americans Don’t Fight Back: How the US Crushed Youth Resistance” (http://www.alternet.org/vision/151850/8_reasons_young_americans_don%27t_fight_back_–_how_the_us_crushed_youth_resistance?page=entire). One of the reasons that is not mentioned here is the destruction of the youthful spirit by a hostile divorce of that youth’s parents. This is key/
So why the high rate of divorce and the destruction of America’s families? Short answer is money. The Bradley Amendment to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (section 454), authorizes the federal government to pay the states 67% of that state’s cost for child support enforcement. While there are federal guidelines for the ‘award’ for child support enforcement, there are no federal guidelines for justification of the child support situation. In other words, there are no federal guidelines for divorce. Divorce is strictly a state issue and in some states, it is almost impossible to get a divorce if there are minor children. Another source of federal funding to the states is the Violence Against Woman’s Act, which violates many rights of the citizen’s by denying them the protection that are guaranteed by constitutional amendments.
It is up to us folks, if we are to Save America, we must save its foundation, or building block. We must Save America by saving the American family from a tyrannical government.

Over 11,500 victims of domestic violence have signed a petition demanding that the U.S. Department of Justice perform an audit of state domestic violence coalitions, charging the groups need to “be held accountable for refusing victims the resources and services they desperately need.”
In addition, over 30 lawmakers, women’s groups, civil rights organizations, government agencies, researchers, attorneys, and others have expressed serious reservations about current domestic violence laws – see compilation of statements below. Collectively, these represent an incontrovertible Mandate for Change of the Violence Against Women Act.
In response to this mandate, Stop Abusive and Violent Environments has developed a bill designed to amend and strengthen the Violence Against Women Act.
The Partner Violence Reduction Act:
Removes provisions that violate the Constitution and restores civil rights to the accused.
Gives first priority to real victims and reduces false allegations by constraining definitions and distinguishing between “alleged” victims and “adjudicated” victims.
Seeks to protect and restore families when the abuse is minor.
Removes harmful mandatory arrest, predominant aggressor, and no-drop prosecution policies, thus helping to restore due process.
Allows legal assistance to be provided both to the alleged victim and alleged offender, thus affirming the Constitutional guarantee of “equal protection of the laws.”
Requires third-party accreditation of domestic violence training, education, and public awareness programs to assure the accuracy and balance of the information presented.
Makes the law gender-inclusive and removes discriminatory policies.
Funds major studies designed to:
research the effectiveness of restraining orders
replicate and evaluate innovative counseling interventions
assess the costs of intimate partner violence
Evaluates the feasibility of faith-based counseling programs.
Improves the accountability of domestic violence organizations.
Corrects misleading and outdated Findings.
Curbs immigration fraud.

First you must understand that almost all of these groups for domestic violence are in one form or fastion connected to the TIdes Foundation and or the Ford Foundation. It is communism at its finest, Casa of Pinellas has removed most of the links, they have other funding for there group, the real person behind all of these groups is a man called George Soro’s. In the early 80′s I found myself in the middle of the family courts, so I went to law school,(Blackstone School of Law), I beleive you can find this law group listed under the ADF website . Myself and another man started (TEXAS FATHERS FOR EQUAL RIGHTS) now known as Fathers for Eual rights In houston Texas, to only find that our fight for Fathers rights let right to the Clintons, Hillary infact take’s the credit for the invention of Un-natural law known today as Family Law.

I haven’t seen or heard anything from my oldest daughter in 14 years. I have never missed a payment. I pay out more than I currently make. She doesn’t know most of her family and comes from two levels of fatherless homes. I worry about her future.
